Abstract
Goal/purpose: With the help of the Investment and Strategy Calculator (ISR) light tool, real estate project developers can quickly (in approx. 2-3 hours) obtain an overview of their project development. The guide and the Excel-based tool are designed to help builders define and structure their project development. The guide is designed to guide them through important questions in project development and includes five case studies on renovations. The investment strategy calculator focuses on existing properties. The core of the tool is the inventory.

Ziel/Zweck: Mit Hilfe des Investitions- und Strategierechner (ISR) light Tools erhalten Immobilienprojektentwickler/-innen in kurzer Zeit (ca. 2-3 h) einen Überblick zu ihrer Projektentwicklung. Der Leitfaden und das auf Excel basierte Tool helfen dem Bauherrn, die Projektentwicklung zu definieren und zu strukturieren. Der Leitfaden führt hierbei durch wichtige Fragestellungen in der Projektentwicklung und beinhaltet fünf Fallbeispiele zu Sanierungen. Der Investitions- und Strategierechner (ISR) light fokussiert auf Bestandsliegenschaften. Kern des Tools ist die Bestandsaufnahme.
